What's my bio?
Corina is an innovation coach
since 2016. Former HP Innovation lead in Silicon Valley and
with more than five years of coaching experience for companies such as HP,
Visa, Stanley Black & Decker, Bank Santander or Colgate across Europe
and the United States, Corina Almagro brings a deep understanding on how large
organizations work and the internal challenges they face when it comes to
innovation and disruption. Her five years of intrapreneurship experience in
Silicon Valley made her a leading expert in Design Thinking, Lean Startup and
ExO practices.
Corina is a
main collaborator in the Purpose Launchpad movement, one of the iniciator of
the ExO movement and author of the Exponential Innovator certification,
recognized in more than 30 countries and with houndreds of people creating an
impact already. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and
Marketing from the University of Granada (Spain), a Master degree in
Communications from INSEEC Paris (France) and the OpenExO Ambassador,
Consultant, Coach and Trainer certifications. She is also certified in Scrum,
Liberating Structures, Lean Change Management and Management 3.0.
