Pepe is a purpose driven person. His passions are education, purpose driven entrepreneurship, purpose driven growth for corporations, innovation and cooking.
Pepe is a seasoned international executive with an
ambidextrous ability to understand business pains and growth objectives and
propose a sound business strategy backed by a roadmap of innovative initiatives
leveraging digital and exponential technology.
He has the seniority to talk to CEOs, board members
and CXO and share business strategy, and create the bridge for the enterprise
architecture supported by technology, and also open a deep technology
conversation with CIOs, CDOs and CTOs to support them in their business
imperatives.
Overtime he has learned different innovation
methodologies, including Design Thinking, Agile, Global Innovation Management,
Exponential Innovation and Purpose Launchpad, that has allowed him to develop
Dual Transformation Strategy Plans for Companies and develop Innovation Labs
and Innovation Hubs. He is a mentor for Company builders, and Startups to Scale
Ups supporting Endeavor, Monterrey Digital Innovation Hub, and Purpose
Alliance.
Pepe shares his knowledge and experience teaching
at EGADE Business School, UDEM Business School and ITAM Postgraduate programs, also he is a guest
speaker at different international conferences.
Pepe
has developed his career internationally, he speaks fluently Spanish, English,
Portuguese and French, and he has lived in Peru, Mexico, USA and Brazil,
currently his home is in Monterrey, Mexico.
Pepe participates as board member at Hyperion an Education Innovation Fund, and also as Counselor in different boards in the Digital Transformation and Innovation role.
