What's my bio?

Julia Hitzbleck is an innovation consultant, trainer and entrepreneur in the life science industry with more than 15 years of industry experience. Over the last few years, she's concentrated on driving cultural change in Bayer by building and training an Innovation Network of more than 1000 coaches globally, designing an entrepreneurship program generating +€1bn of peak revenue potential and building the LifeHub co-creation space in Berlin. With the experience of product and portfolio development in R&D and later roles in strategy consulting, project and change management, Julia was motivated to take experimentation to the business context and built ventures in larger organizations. 

In her current role, she helps senior leaders and organizations to embrace the potential of exponential technologies in digital transformation, tap into open innovation ecosystems, and also works as mentor, coach & consultant at HI10x to build purpose-driven, highly scalable organizations.
