Who am I?

Driven by passion to "get things done" and powered by a purpose of having "no individual left behind", I fulfil my mission in three  ways. I learn from a wide range of folks. I connect these dots to build perspectives. I work with senior execs and bright minds to drive multiplier effects for a better future. 

And this foundation is set on 3 pillars: Business knowledge, Empathy and Mindset.  My long association with some of the best names in IT Services industry, in business and leadership roles across multiple functions, gives a 360° view of Business. My work and stay across 4 continents, including one year of running a social foundation, gives me the desired Empathy. The third pillar continues to evolve, as I work on mindset of people, that delivers real change and sustainable impact. Today, I work with start-ups and women business owners as a Resident Mentor, in India’s top-ranking Business School Indian Institute of Management Bangalore(NSRCEL) and help them build purpose-driven, scalable, high impact business.  And through two other associations with OpenExO and Transformant, two leading-edge US based business advisories, I work with business globally to help their organisations thrive at the disruptive intersection of technology and business.
